We are looking for you – a Delivery Driver & Installer (m/f/d) with a hands-on mentality and a passion for technology.

Your Job with Us:

• You deliver our high-quality system solutions (e.g. furniture as well as wall or room elements) safely and on time

• You assemble the products on site with precision and an eye for detail

• You are the customer’s point of contact – friendly, competent, and solution-oriented

• When you are not on tour, you are part of our production team in Bad Sassendorf and help prepare our products for delivery

What You Bring:

• Willingness to travel within Germany

• Manual skills and a basic technical understanding

• Experience in assembly or logistics is a plus – but not required

• Valid Class B driver’s license – ideally also C1

• Independent, tidy working style and enthusiasm for new challenges

• Friendly appearance – you are the face of our company to the customer

We are looking for a communicative, customer-oriented, and eager-to-learn employee (m/f/d) who acquires new customers in German-speaking markets and is also comfortable with international contacts. Ideally, you already have sales experience with technical products and are looking for an exciting new challenge. Your Responsibilities

• Acquisition of potential B2B customers – through cold calling, referrals, and leads

• Planning and conducting road shows

• Inspiring prospects with personality and winning them over to IKONO products through excellent on-site consultation

• Empathetically identifying customer needs, matching them with tailored solutions, and closing contracts

Your Profile

• Passion for direct sales and the drive to generate growth

• Persistence, stamina, and strong closing skills, as well as enjoyment in earning money

• Ability to empathize with others in order to sell the best possible solution for each prospect

• High level of self-motivation, strong communication skills, and enthusiasm for proactively approaching potential customers

• Ideally a completed university degree or completed commercial training

• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
